  Quality is paramount. We operate according to ISO 9001, with fixed procedures for every step in the process. This includes visual inspections, sampling, weighing, and final checks. • Can You Scale up Flexibly with Growth?

  Absolutely. Scaling up is one of our strengths. Our factory is designed for modular and scalable production. Whether you need 500 or 50,000 units: we ensure timely delivery without stress or delay. As your business grows, our production grows with you.

• What is the Minimum Production Volume?

  We are flexible. Small batches are possible. Depending on the product, starting from approximately 200 liters. This makes it attractive to test a new brand or formula on a small scale. Together, we will adjust the minimum order to suit your situation.

• When Can My Production Start?

  After approval of the quotation and specifications, we can move quickly. In some cases, we can start within a few weeks, depending on recipe development, packaging, and raw material availability. Do you already have a developed recipe or existing packaging? Then it can be even faster. We will always keep you transparently informed about the planning.

• How Flexible are You with Changes or New Requirements?

  Very flexible. Are you changing your packaging, do you want a new fragrance or formulation? We think along with you and adapt accordingly. Our processes are designed to quickly adjust without delays. Whether you want to fine-tune a detail or implement a complete rebranding: we move with you.

• What is the Development Process if My Product is not yet Ready for Production?

  No problem. That is precisely where our strength lies. In our own laboratory, we work with you to develop a formulation that is technically and commercially sound. We test for effectiveness, stability, and processability. You will receive samples, we will coordinate together, and production will only be given the green light when you are completely satisfied.

• What Does the Intake Process Look like?

  We begin with a thorough discussion: what’s your idea, what do you want to achieve, and what do you already have? This is followed by a tailored proposal. Upon agreement, we start with lab tests, packaging advice, and production planning. You’ll be guided through each step. Everything is clear, transparent, and with room for questions or adjustments.

  At Compound, you will always have two dedicated points of contact: your account manager and the internal sales representative. Both are familiar with your file and will guide the process. These contacts coordinate between R&D, production, and planning, ensuring you always know who to reach. No automated phone menus or departmental transfers. • How Quickly Will I Receive a Proposal after the Initial Meeting?

  We strive for both speed and precision. After the initial meeting, you will usually receive a first proposal or quote within 5 business days. This depends on the complexity of your request and the amount of data already available. Do you already have a concrete product, packaging, or formulation? Then we can often move very quickly.

  No problem. We fill and package your car wash products such as car shampoo and rim cleaner.
