How does it work?

Do you have a product in mind and want to have it produced in our factory? That's possible. Exactly as you want it. Provide everything yourself, from recipe to packaging? Fine. Or would you prefer to optimize the recipe together, arrange the packaging, and hand over the logistics? No problem. We tailor the process to what works for you. We start with a good conversation.

• 1. Together at the table

  We discuss your idea, wishes, and possibilities. Preferably, we come to you, you show us your product or recipe, your packaging, and you put all your wishes on the table. This way, we quickly know if it fits, what’s needed, and, just as importantly, if we’re a match.

• 2. Develop & optimize

  From recipe improvement to packaging design: we work out the concept together. We’d love to invite you to our place! We advise where we can optimize. Your product always goes through the lab of our parent company Mavro. Based on this, we make a proposal: sharp, sustainable, and fully customized.

• 3. Choice & action plan

  We present clear proposals for production, packaging, and volumes. We discuss the plans, adjust where necessary, and after approval, we create a concrete action plan. You know exactly how long it takes to build your line, how we’re going to work, and what it costs. Does it fit? Then we give the green light together.

• 4. Customized production

  We build the line, start production, and keep everything tightly controlled. You have fixed points of contact and stay
  up-to-date in real-time. We also continuously work on improvement. This way, we optimize not only the factory but also the collaboration.

• 5. Delivery & evaluation

  We deliver as agreed, fine-tune where possible, and continue to optimize. As long as we work together, we keep improving. Are your wishes, volumes, or products changing? No problem. We switch quickly and adjust the plan. Without hassle, without long contracts. Just producing.

Sustainability

Sustainable production is in our DNA. We work as much as possible with bio-based, recycled, and reusable raw materials and packaging. The factory runs on renewable energy and is designed to minimize waste. Each batch is efficiently planned, with attention to raw material use, waste, and energy consumption. We also make an impact socially. Part of our workplaces is designated for people with a distance from the labor market who find their way with us and flourish.
